A man lost his life Thursday afternoon, struck by a vehicle on Roy Parks Road in Hall County.
The man was walking near A.L. Mangum Road when he was hit by a pick-up truck at roughly 5:45 p.m., according to Georgia State Patrol Operator Donna Garrett.
She said the driver of the truck will not face charges.
The name of the victim was not immediately released pending notification of next-of-kin.
