Ebo Smith named Steak 'n Shake Nighthawk of the Week

DAHLONEGA — Senior men's basketball player Ebo Smith has been named the Steak 'n Shake Nighthawk of the Week for Dec. 18 as announced by the UNG athletic department on Monday.

Smith, a North Hall High graduate, posted a game-high 21 points as the UNG men's basketball team came-from-behind to defeat Flagler, 74-64, Saturday afternoon in Peach Belt Conference action. Smith's 21 points marks his first 20-point performance since February 10, 2016, in a game against Georgia Southwestern. His 21 points matches a career-high set in his freshman year against Georgia College.
