Winter weather cancels Friday night contests in northeast Georgia

The winter weather enveloping northeast Georgia has forced the cancellation of several high school sporting events scheduled for Friday night.

All contests and meets involving programs in Banks, Dawson, Habersham, Hall County, Lumpkin and White County schools have been confirmed as cancelled. Make-up dates are still to be determined for a number of the contests.
