CLEVLAND — The White County boys moved to 5-0 on the season after taking a 59-48 win over rival North Hall Tuesday in front of a packed White County gym.
The win ties the Warriors (5-0) with Upson-Lee for the most wins in Class AAAA in the early part of the season.
Austin Harris had 17 to lead White County. Reece Dockery, Chandler Harris, and Clay Dockery all had 8 points apiece for the Warriors.
North Hall(2-1) was paced by Noah Holman with a game-high 23 points. Logan McDaniel had 6 for the Trojans.
Both teams will be at home on Friday. White County takes on Lumpkin County while North Hall plays Commerce.

LAKEVIEW ACADEMY 56
The Lions fell to 1-3 on the season in a game that was close until the fourth quarter.
Drew Cottrell poured in 20 points to go with 8 rebounds to lead Lakeview. Adam Cottrell added 15 points for the Lions.
The game was close early wih St. Francis leading just 32-28 at halftime.
The Knights pushed the lead to 57-49 by the end of the third quarter and blew it open in the fourth quarter.
St. Francis outscored the Lions 26-7 in the final period to pull away.
Lakeview next will travel to Towns County on Friday.

WINDER-BARROW 45
Patsheko Lutumba scored 16 points and Myles Janess added 14 and grabbed 10 rebounds in the Falcons' victory on Tuesday. Justin Quick also scored 13 points in the win.
Flowery Branch (3-2) will play host to Johnson at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in its first Region 8-AAAAA contest of the season.

HABERSHAM CENTRAL 41
The Dragons snapped a two-game losing streak with a win over the Raiders at The Arena.
Jasper Gibson poured in 15 points to lead Jefferson (2-3). Daniel Parker chipped in 13 for the Dragons.
Habersham Central fell to 1-3 with the loss.
