Board of Directors of Primerica, Inc. Declares $0.20 Quarterly Dividend

DULUTH, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 6, 2017--The Board of Directors of Primerica, Inc. (NYSE:PRI), a leading distributor of financial products to middle income households in North America, today approved payment of a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share for the third quarter of 2017. The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2017 to stockholders of record as of November 17, 2017.
