German-based GEBHARDT Logistics Solutions, Inc. will expand and relocate its North American headquarters and distribution center to Gwinnett County.
The company joined with Partnership Gwinnett to announce the expansion last week.
The 30,000 square foot facility will be located at 1650 Horizon Parkway NE in Buford. It will serve as a headquarters and services for storage and transport solutions, according to a press release from Partnership Gwinnett.
The company creates storage and transport solutions for retail and trade industries and in this expansion will focus on implementing targeted growth in the American market, the release states.
GEBHARDT's new facility will have four full-time employees and 10 to 20 part-time employees on site, including sales mangers, customer service manager, engineers, logisticians and a general manager. 500 people are employed across the company's five production sites.
GEBHARDT has been in operation for 185 years.
