Boys basketball: Banks County nabs sixth straight to close tourney with win

HOMER — The Banks County boys basketball team surged past Rabun County, 90-67 on Tuesday in Homer.

Carl Cleveland led the Leopards (11-4, 3-0 Region 8-AA) with 18 points and 11 rebounds, while Kahmal Wiley scored 17 and grabbed 11 rebounds. Gabe Martin chipped in with 16 points and five rebounds, and Dylan Nix scored 11. Darius Bonds also put up 10 points and 11 assists.

Banks County plays again Friday at Putnam County.
