ATLANTA — The Chestatee softball team suffered a 8-3 defeat at the hands of Marist on Tuesday in Atlanta.
The hosts put up six runs in the bottom of the sixth to take a 6-1 lead and never looked back.
Hannah Jones, Rebecca Eddins and Kaitlyn Babb each hit safely for the Lady War Eagles, with Jones and Eddins each scoring a run. Bailey Mason also scored for Chestatee.
