Officials say missing Rabun teen may be in danger

A teen last seen at Rabun County High School at 12:31 p.m. Monday is believed to be in danger.

The Rabun County Sheriff's Office and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children are seeking information about the whereabouts of Ashley Brianna Wayne, 15. She is described as 5-foot-5, 125 pounds with blue eyes and dark brown hair.

Wayne was last seen wearing a black and gray hoodie with Lakers written in white across the front and floral sleeves; grey sweatpants with BOSS written down the legs; and red, white and black high-top sneakers.

She is believed to be traveling in a newer model white four-door sedan, possibly a Honda or Toyota with a black male from the Atlanta area named Justin Dixon.

Wayne is believed to be headed possibly to the Atlanta or Macon area. The pair also could be traveling to Florida, Louisiana, or Texas.

Wayne requires medication.

Anyone with information that can assist in helping safely locate Ashley Brianna Wayne should call 9-1-1, the Rabun County Sheriff's Office or their local law enforcement agency.
