DAWSONVILLE — The Dawson County boys basketball team took out Union County 45-38 on Tuesday in Dawsonville.
The Tigers (10-10) built a slim, 8-5 first quarter lead and edged ahead in every period thereafter.
Jeremiah Crumley scored a game-high 18 points to pace Dawson County, while Gabe Bryant added 10 points.
Adam Baenninger scored 13 to lead Union County.
Dawson County will play host to Banks County on Friday.
