Hall County: Absentee ballots available for presidential primaries

By Ken Stanford Contributing Editor

Hall County residents can now start voting in the presidential primaries.

Absentee ballots are now available for those contests and you can get one online, at the county elections office on Browns Bridge Road or by mail.  The last day to request one is Feb. 26.

Meanwhile, early voting begins Feb. 8 and continues through Feb. 26 only at the elections office.  Saturday voting will be held Feb. 20 at three locations:  the elections office, the North Hall Community Center and the Spout Springs Library.

If you are not registered to vote, February 1 is the deadline to do so to be eligible to cast a ballot in the presidential primaries.

Sample ballots are available online at the Hall County Elections Office website, at the office or by mail.
