Flowery Branch woman arrested for possessing meth, counterfeit bills

FLOWERY BRANCH—A 34-year-old Flowery Branch woman is behind bars after authorities found her in possession of 20 grams of meth and two counterfeit $50 bills on May 15.

Patricia Ann Morris was arrested Wednesday in Gwinnett County, according to a press release from Lt. Scott Ware with the Hall County Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad. She was then transferred to Hall County.

Morris faces charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, and second degree burglary.

She also had an outstanding superior court probation warrant.

She was also found to be in possession of a less than ounce of marijuana, scales, packaging materials and ledgers.

Morris was booked into the Hall County Jail.

Ware said in an email that Morris was on the run until her capture in Gwinnett.
