Interview with senior writer for ESPN the Magazine, Wright Thompson

It's been 10 years since Hurricane Katrina ravaged the Gulf Coast, leaving not only massive destruction and death in her wake, but a Crescent City under water.

ESPN the Magazine Senior Writer Wright Thompson spent the summer in New Orleans studying how the city has been reborn in the decade since its death. The culmination of his work is an enterprise piece titled Beyond the Breach, which will run the entirety of the Aug. 28 edition of ESPN the Magazine.

Thompson joined the Aug. 25, 2015 edition of Game On with Katie B. Davis to talk about his "summer in search of saints, sinners and lost souls in the New Orleans that Katrina left behind."

Game On with Katie B. Davis airs from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m., Mon. - Fri. on 1240 ESPN Radio, also streaming on AccessWDUN and WDUN.com.
