Three arrested in Habersham Co. drug investigation

CLARKESVILLE - Three people have been arrested earlier this week following a two month long drug investigation.
 
According to a release from the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office, 32-year-old Douglas James Mashburn, 29-year-old Stephen Crocker Duncan and 53-year-old Todd Jasper Funk were arrested Tuesday.
 
All three face charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and attempt or conspiracy to violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act.
 
Habersham County Sheriff's Deputies assisted with the investigation. The two agencies seized meth, drug paraphernalia and packaging materials.
 
ARDO said the investigation is ongoing, and more arrests are expected.
