GAINESVILLE - For the 19th year running, hundreds of butterflies filled the air at Wilshire Trails Park in Gainesville.
The Friends of the Parks estimated 3,000 people showed up for the annual butterfly release on Sunday, May 17.
The children in attendance received painted lady butterflies, which they released at 3 p.m.
