GAINESVILLE - A former teacher and administrator at Brenau University has died.
Larry Andrews died Monday at the age of 77.
Before retiring in 2002, Dr. Andrews served as Dean of the Math and Science Department at Brenau, eventually finishing his career as Vice President of Administrative Services. Despite his eventual move into administration, teaching was always his first love, according to his obituary, and he continued to do that even after retirement and until his health no longer allowed.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 1:00 in the Ward's Funeral Home Chapel
