Demorest lifts boil water advisory

CORNELIA - Demorest Water System customers affected by a storm-related outage over the weekend can resume normal use of water for all purposes. 

"The EPD has given the City of Demorest approval to lift the boil water advisory for all Demorest water customers," City Manager Steve Lindsey announced Tuesday afternoon.
