GAINESVILLE - Virginia Feher, reference service librarian for University of North Georgia's Gainesville Campus, has recently been selected by the Georgia Library Association Awards Committee as the winner of the 2014 McJenkin-Rheay Award.<br />
This award is given each year to recognize librarians early in their careers who have made outstanding contributions to the Georgia Library Association. Feher will be recognized at the awards ceremony at the Georgia Council of Media Organizations (COMO) Conference in Augusta, Georgia on Thursday, Oct. 2.<br />
Feher will be presented with a plaque and a check for $100.<br />
