The Johnson volleyball team knocked off Monroe Area and Lumpkin County on Thursday.<br />
The Lady Knights (7-13) defeated Monroe 25-23 and 26-24 and Lumpkin 18-25, 28-26, 15-13.<br />
Grace Eidson had 6 aces and 12 assists; Brooke Balenger had 8 kills; and Jessica Panter had 4 kills in the win over Monroe.<br />
Cassie McDonald had 5 aces and 3 digs; Brooke Balenger had 8 kills and 4 digs; Grace Eidson had 8 assists and 4 digs; and Julia Bowers had 2 aces and 3 digs in the defeat of Lumpkin.<br />
Johnson plays on Saturday in the Lakeview Academy tournament in Gainesville.
