GAINESVILLE - The Lake Lanier Association is hosting the 26th Annual Shore Sweep on Saturday, September 27. <br />
Ten locations lake-wide are participating including: Aqualand, Bald Ridge, <br />
Gainesville, Holiday, Port Royale, Sunrise Cove marinas, Lake Lanier Islands,and Clarks Bridge, Gwinnett and War Hill Parks.<br />
The event will take place from 8:00-1:00. Volunteers should plan to report to a participating location to pick up trash bags and a shore line area assignment for trash collection. All volunteers turning in at least one full bag of trash receive a t-shirt.<br />
Advance registration for the event is not required, but it does help organizers in scheduling shoreline coverage. If you would like to notify the association of your plans to participate, send an email to email@example.com.<br />

Due to program and enrollment growth at its Cumming Campus, the University of North Georgia plans to lease the top floor of the Cumming City Hall for its Master of Business Administration and continuing education and professional development programs, that according to Associate Vice President of University Relations Kate Maine.
