Johns Creek teen dies in ATV accident

JOHNS CREEK - A Johns Creek teenager was killed over the weekend while on a trip in South Georgia.<br /> <br /> Abbey Rice was a senior at Northview High School and a member of the volleyball team. Fox 5 reports that a spokesman for Fulton County school says Rice was riding on an ATV with her teammates when it toppled over. Rice died in the accident.<br /> <br /> Fox 5 says the event was not school sanctioned, but parents described it as a team building event.<br /> <br /> An online fundraiser has been set up to help the Rice family. As of Monday at noon, over $17,000 has been raised.<br /> <br />
