GAINESVILLE - Hall County officials said Tuesday morning two people had contact recently with a rabid cat in the Gillsville Highway area of East Hall. <br />
The cat was shipped to the Georgia Public Health Lab-Virology Section in Decatur for testing and Hall County Animal Control received positive results Monday. <br />
Officials said this is the 13th confirmed case of rabies in Hall County for 2014.<br />
