Sports Tech Training Center president charged with child molestation

HOMER - A Banks Crossing business owner faces child molestation charges and an investigation into his actions continues.<br /> <br /> Sgt. Carissa McFaddin of Banks County Sheriff's Office provided preliminary details of Friday afternoon's arrest.<br /> <br /> "Banks County investigators arrested Will Doc 'Buddy' Fowlkes Jr., 67, of Commerce," McFaddin said. "He is charged with child molestation."<br /> <br /> Fowlkes is president of Sports Tech Training Center at Banks Crossing, McFaddin said.<br /> <br /> Thr investigation, which also includes the GBI, is continuing, McFaddin said.<br /> <br /> "I can tell you that additional charges are pending," McFaddin said.<br /> <br /> Anyone with information they believe will help investigators can call the Sheriff's office at (706) 677-2248.
