Former longtime Gillsville mayor dies

GILLSVILLE - A man who served more than 40 years as mayor of Gillsville, Henry House, has died. He was 91.<br /> <br /> House's funeral will be at 11:00 Saturday at Ward's Funeral Home Chapel in Gainesville.<br /> <br /> A retired 30-year General Motors employee, House was mayor of Gillsville for 42 years.<br /> <br /> His survivors include his wife of almost 72 years, Louise Holcomb House.<br /> <br /> (A complete obituary can be found on the AccessNorthGa.com Obituaries Page.)
