Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee chief Rep. Steve Israel said Tuesday the specter of impeachment helped his political arm raise $1 million from donors on Monday, a day when the committee's fundraising featured the issue. The New York congressman says House Republicans' lawsuit against Obama and rumors the president might face impeachment are galvanizing Democratic donors.
