GAINESVILLE - Charges of reckless conduct have now been levied against the Hall County woman whose car rolled into four children Sunday afternoon, sending all of them to the hospital.
Georgia State Trooper First Class Jonathan Munger confirmed the four counts of reckless conduct against 32-year-old Oleksandra Myrna. She is believed to have parked her vehicle in the carport of her home on Price Way without applying the emergency brake. The vehicle then rolled backward down the driveway and struck four children playing in a neighbor's yard.
All four of the children were hospitalized.
The incident happened around 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Price Way is located off Sardis Road.
Four Confederate battle flags were found on the grounds of the Ebenezer Baptist Church near the Martin Luther King Jr. Center in Atlanta on Thursday, and police and federal authorities were investigating.
