The Georgia State Patrol said the incident happened on Price Way off Sardis Road in Hall County Sunday afternoon.
Troopers said a parked vehicle rolled out of a carport, down a driveway and into a neighbor's yard across the street. The car struck the four children, who were sitting under a tree.
A 5-year-old and an 8-year-old were airlifted to Egleston Children's Hospital in Atlanta. The other two children, both 1 year of age, were transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
The children have been identified as Julian Rangeo, 8, Sebastian Rangeo, 5, Emilee Guerra, 1 and Savannah Brown, 1.
The owner of the vehicle that hit the children is Oleksandra Y. Myrna, 32, according to investigators.
A Hall County Commissioner confirmed Monday that his information was part of a data dump of Georgia Ashley Madison customers - a website that is known for assisting users in finding extramarital affairs.
