Oakwood mayor back home after hospitalization

OAKWOOD - City Manager Stan Brown says Oakwood Mayor Lamar Scroggs is back home after being hospitalized for a drop in blood pressure.<br /> <br /> Brown says Scroggs was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center Sunday and confirmed that he underwent surgery while he was hospitalized.<br /> <br /> Scroggs was discharged Wednesday.<br /> <br /> He is in his 38th year as mayor of Oakwood.
