OAKWOOD - City Manager Stan Brown says Oakwood Mayor Lamar Scroggs is back home after being hospitalized for a drop in blood pressure.<br />
Brown says Scroggs was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center Sunday and confirmed that he underwent surgery while he was hospitalized.<br />
Scroggs was discharged Wednesday.<br />
He is in his 38th year as mayor of Oakwood.
