DECATUR, Ga. (AP) -- Police say a man has died in a crash on I-20 that prompted lane closures and traffic backups just ahead of afternoon rush hour.<br />

DeKalb County Police Capt. Steve Fore tells the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (http://on-ajc.com/1nRVqMj ) the driver of a tow truck who was called to help a disabled motorist Tuesday afternoon and was fatally struck by a car while he was trying to hook the disabled car to his truck.<br />

The accident led to closures of the highway's westbound lanes near the Glenwood Avenue exit.<br />
