Woman killed, 2 hurt after van blows tire on I-75

ASHBURN, Ga. (AP) A woman is dead and two others have been taken to hospitals after their van blew a tire on Interstate 75 in southwest Georgia. <br /> <br /> Trooper Brian Jobe of the Georgia State Patrol says the fatal crash happened Saturday morning at about 7:45 a.m. The driver of a Chevrolet van traveling northbound lost control after a tire blew out in Turner County northeast of Albany. Jobe says the van overturned and a passenger was ejected. <br /> <br /> Jobe says the woman who died and two others injured in the crash were all women. Their names were not immediately released. <br /> <br /> No other vehicles were involved. The Georgia State Patrol is still investigating.
