Two injured in wreck at Browns Bridge Rd. and Waldrip Circle

CUMMING - Forsyth County Sheriff's Deputies report that State Route 369 (Browns Bridge Road) at Waldrip Circle and McBride Lane has been re-opened following a head-on collision that left two people injured.<br /> <br /> Deputy Robin Reagan with the Sheriff's Office reported that the drivers of the two vehicles, both females, were both taken to the hospital. "One of the females was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital, she's in serious condition," said Reagan. "The other driver is in critical condition and she was taken by helicopter to a nearby hospital."<br /> <br /> According to a press release from the Forsyth County Fire Department, the woman in critical condition was an elderly woman who was trapped in her vehicle and required extraction. She was flown to Grady Hospital in Atlanta. The other driver, an adult female, was taken to the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
