SUWANEE - The City of Suwanee is celebrating the 10th anniversary of PlayTown Suwanee.<br /> <br /> The official celebration is Saturday, July 19, and will include such birthday party staples as balloons and cake as well as a deejay, a clown, and face painting. <br /> <br /> In addition, youngsters will be invited to create hand-painted tiles
