CUMMING - A Flowery Branch woman has been identified as the victim of a single-vehicle crash on Georgia 400 in Forsyth County Wednesday night.<br />
In a press statement, the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office said Lynn Herman, 51, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident on Georgia 400 northbound near Peachtree Parkway. Deputies responded to the scene at 7:38 p.m.<br />
Investigators said Herman was driving a 2003 Ford Explorer northbound on Ga. 400 in the inside lane when she left the roadway and overcorrected, causing her vehicle to go out of control. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.<br />
