BRUNSWICK -- Gainesville's Spencer Ralston stayed right in the midst of the hunt for the GSGA State Junior Golf Championship on Tuesday.
Ralston, a rising junior for the Red Elephants, fired a second round 2-under-par 70 to move into a tie for third place at Brunswick Country Club.
Ralston's two-day score of 139 is three shots off the pace set by Marietta's Jonathan Keppler and one shot behind Suwanee's Jake Fendt.
Gainesville's Nathan Williams is also currently tied for 20th place after a second round 76 for a two day total of 2-over (146). Garrett Rowland of Cleveland is at 158 following scores of 81 and 77.
The tournament's final round will take place on Wednesday.
