GAINESVILLE - Hall County residents unable to attend public meetings on the county's special purpose local option sales tax (SPLOST) proposal, can comment online beginning Wednesday.<br />

County leaders started the public meeting process this week related to the one-cent sales tax they want voters to extend.<br />

The online comment option is on the county's website.<br />
<br />
On the in-person front, the second meeting is scheduled next Tuesday at the Clermont Chattahoochee Center. The third meeting is next Thursday at the Gainesville Civic Center. Both sessions begin at 6:00 p.m.
