ROSWELL -- Recently graduated Buford senior golfer Ben Burnette won the Atlanta Junior Classic on Tuesday at Horseshoe Bend Country Club.<br />
Burnette carded a two-day score of 8-over par 152 (78-74) to finish one stroke ahead of Atlanta's John Gabianelli, a senior from The Galloway School. Jackson County sophomore Anthony Whobrey finished four shots back at 156 in the 15-18 age division.<br />
In the girls division, Buford junior Karley Hammond finished eighth with a two-day score of 176 (89-87).
