A new place to vote for some N. Hall residents

By Ken Stanford Reporter
GAINESVILLE - When some voters in North Hall go to the polls May 20, they'll be going to a new polling place.

Hall County Elections Director Charlotte Sosebee says voting for people in the Quillians Precinct will take place at the new North Hall Community Center instead of Wauka Mountain Elementary School, the place that was used in recent years.

The North Hall Community Center is located on Nopone Road.

Meanwhile, Sosebee has also announced that in accordance with state law, her office will begin counting absentee ballots for the May 20 primaries at noon on election day. Polls, however, will be open, as usual, from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
