GAINESVILLE - The Hall County Tax Commissioner's Office is reminding taxpayers that May 1 is the due date for mobile home tax payments. Upon payment of the property tax, owners of mobile homes are provided a decal to display on their mobile home in a location visible from the roadway. <br />

Mobile homes that are temporarily located in the county and are owned by a business that is not located in the county should notify the Board of Tax Assessors of their presence to avoid being cited for failure to apply for the location permit.<br />

The office, located in the Hall County Government Center, is open 8 a.m. -5 p.m. In addition, drop boxes are located at the office (inside and outside). Additionally, online payment options for property tax are also available.
