WILLIAMSTON, SC - Anthony Anders moved to the lead on lap 15 of Friday night's 50 lap Late Model Stock feature at Anderson Motor Speedway in Williamston, SC, and went on to score the win in the caution free event.

Kenneth Headen set fast time, but a roll of the dice inverted the top four, putting the previous week's feature winner, Justin Sorrow, on the pole.

On the drop of the green, David Roberts powered his way to the front of the 18 car field, and would lead the first 14 laps. That lead was tough to hold onto, as Anders challenged Roberts time and again. The duo race side-by-side for several laps until lap 15, when Anders was finally able to clear Roberts. From there, Anders would lead the rest of the way to score the victory.

Roberts came home in second, with Sorrow in third, R.A. Brown in fourth and Kenneth Headen in fifth.

In other action, David Darnell held off Chad Campbell to score the Mini-Stock feature win. Ben Kay rolled home in third, with Luke Sorrow in fourth and B.J. Thrasher in fifth.

In Renegades action, Steve Guthrie beat out Troy Carnes for the win. Andrew Cordell finished in third, with Chris Whitfield in fourth and Jamie McCall in fifth.

Barry Tollison, Sr. came home with the Super Renegades victory. Barry Tollison, Jr. finished in second, with Ted Somero in third, Anthony Cordell in fourth and Billy Coker in fifth.

Riley Halverson picked up the U.S. Legends victory. Lee Jordan, Joe Osborne, Cory Parham and Kevin Ellison rounded out the top five.

Brian King scored the Front Wheel Drive feature. Tommy Davis finished second, with Chris Harvell third, Jack Hooper fourth and C.J. Huitt fourth.

Anderson Motor Speedway returns to action on March 21, with racing from the Mini-Stocks, BM Modifieds, Legends, Super Renegades and Front Wheel Drives on the card.
