Soccer: Lady Falcons rout Salem

CONYERS -- Corrie Thomas scored five goals to lead Flowery Branch to a 10-0 victory over Salem in Region 8-AAAAA girls soccer action Friday night.

Kimy McNeil had two goals and an assist and Madeline McCarthy, Hannah Kirk, and Laura Zwald each scored once for the Lady Falcons (7-1-1, 2-0 Region 8-AAAAA).

Isabelle Lee and Mara Wheat also recorded one assist apiece.

Flowery Branch will play host to Heritage on Tuesday.
