Ty Dillon takes NASCAR Nationwide pole at Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, NV - Ty Dillon streaked to the pole for this afternoon's NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Dillon turned a lap at 182.278 mph in the final session of qualifying for the Boyd Gaming 300, besting last week's pole sitter, Brad Keselowski, who turned in a lap at 181.702 mph.

Dale Earnhardt, Jr. was third fastest at 181.147 mph, with Kyle Larson fourth at 180.88 mph and Brian Scott in fifth at 180.699 mph.

Matt Kenseth, Kyle Busch, Daytona pole sitter Dylan Kwasniewski, Dawsonville, GA's Chase Elliott, and Daytona winner Regan Smith rounded out the top ten.
