Freeze warning issued for north and central Ga.

PEACHTREE CITY - The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for Monday night through Tuesday morning for a large portion of north and central Georgia.

Temperatures will range from the upper 20s to lower 30s in the warning region, according to forecasters.

The counties in the north Georgia area included in the warning are:

FANNIN-GILMER-UNION-TOWNS-PICKENS-DAWSON-LUMPKIN-WHITE-FORSYTH-HALL-BANKS-JACKSON-GWINNETT-BARROW.

The warning area includes the cities of:

DAHLONEGA...CLEVELAND...GAINESVILLE....LAWRENCEVILLE.
