2 Cumming high schools will have new principals this fall

CUMMING - The Forsyth County Board of Education announces the appointment of two new high school principals.

Heather Gordy current assistant principal at Lambert High School will be the principal of West Forsyth High School, effective July 1. The current principal, Betty Pope, is retiring this year.

Mitch Young current assistant principal at West Forsyth High School will be the principal at Forsyth Central High School, effective July 1. The current principal, Rudy Hampton, is retiring this year.
