Girls basketball: Duncan's 30 leads Banks over White

CLEVELAND -- The Banks County girls basketball team edged in front before halftime and notched a 59-44 win over White County on Friday in Cleveland.

The Lady Leopards trailed 9-8 after the first quarter but led 21-14 at the half.

Kaitlyn Duncan scored a game-high 30 points to pace Banks County, while Taylor Kennedy added 11.

Kaitlin Wilson scored 11 points for White County. Paige Thomas added eight.
