North Hall High principal announces retirement

GAINESVILLE - North Hall High School principal Joe Gheesling announced his retirement this afternoon to faculty and staff.

"Serving as Principal, North Hall High School has certainly been the highlight of my career in education," said Gheesling in a press release. "There is no way I can put into words how much I have appreciated the support of the community; the confidence and encouragement of Mr. Schofield and the Board of education; and the remarkable professionalism unwavering support of the faculty and staff. But most of all, I have appreciated our students and their school spirit, enthusiasm, and joy of life
