Mecum delivers State of the County address Sat.

GAINESVILLE - Hall County Commission Chairman Dick Mecum will deliver his State of the County address Saturday.

According to the Hall County Republican Party, Mecum will speak at 9:00 to a meeting of the Conservative Forum at Denny's Restaurant on Browns Bridge Road.

The meeting will begin with breakfast at 8:30. The program is scheduled to begin at 9:00.
