Softball: West Hall falls 8-0 to East Hall

RABBITTOWN -- The East Hall softball team cruised to a 8-0 six-inning win over West Hall on Tuesday at East Hall Park in Rabbittown.

Abby Black helped pace East Hall at the plate, reaching base three times, including first and sixth inning singles.

Natalie Winters kept West Hall off the scoreboard for all six innings, allowing just two hits while striking out five batters.

East Hall took a first-inning lead on a wild pitch and never looked back, increasing their lead with four runs in the sixth.

East Hall is back in action on Thursday, as it hosts Dawson County in a pivotal Region 7-AAA matchup at 5:30 p.m.
