GAINESVILLE - Each Year, the Taste of History, a fundraiser for the Northeast Georgia History Center, honors a part of northeast Georgia's past, and this year it's the history of auto racing in the region. <br />
The event begins at 7:00 Friday at the First Baptist Church Banquet Hall. Two former stars of the NASCAR circuit - Richard and Kyle Petty - are scheduled to appear. <br />
