CUMMING - Forsyth County authorities Monday said no charges would be filed in a fatal traffic accident involving a motor scooter and car.

21 year old Kirsti Sue Baiel of Cumming died from injuries she suffered when her scooter and a car collided last Monday morning at McCoy Circle and Spot Road.
