No charges in fatal crash involving scooter

By Derreck Booth Anchor/reporter
CUMMING - Forsyth County authorities Monday said no charges would be filed in a fatal traffic accident involving a motor scooter and car.

21 year old Kirsti Sue Baiel of Cumming died from injuries she suffered when her scooter and a car collided last Monday morning at McCoy Circle and Spot Road.

Sheriff's Deputy Doug Rainwater confirmed there would be no charges filed.

The car driver, 20 year old Christopher Rubessa of Cumming, did not suffer injuries. Baiel was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, according to Rainwater.
