Soccer: Chestatee boys open Mtn. Cup with victory

GAINESVILLE -- The Chestatee boys soccer team shut out Lakeview Academy 3-0 on Monday in the first round of the Northeast Georgia Mountains Cup in Gainesville.

Marco Rebollar, Cristian Felix and Zico Rebollar bagged the goals for the War Eagles (2-0), while Andres Olivas recorded eight saves in goal. Mauricio Morales also produced a goal line clearance to maintain the shutout.

Chestatee will take on Fannin County on Thursday in the tournament at the Allen Creek Soccer Complex in Gainesville.
